It's simply not fair to believe that because an organization is dedicated to their mission that they should also be able to create their own justice system. Cut and paste complaint systems ("Contact your supervisor...") simply do not fit ideals of our average interaction with fairness, with justice. We offer this workshop to bridge the gap of justice between an inequitable event and filing a law suit / complaint with a governing agency. We share the collective wisdom in the form of best practices. Know your complaint (resolution) system works for all.
