Instead of relying on the expertise and wisdom of a single facilitator, this listening session welcomes all participants to share what they know about how equity functions: Learning from and contributing to the collective wisdom.
Rooted in mutual benefit, we introduce you to a diverse network of experts both emerging and experienced while sharing best practices in conducting the business of equity.
We gather with minimal structure, taking our time to answer a single question (such as, "What should all equity work related contracts contain?" allowing all to participate by listening and sharing. In turn, Uninterrupted. Why? Because it works.
We help connect to new clients by offering you multiple ways to interact with a standardized equity assessment based on our collective knowledge of current best practices: The Equity Factors Assessment and Equity Variables Test.
