Equity Variables Test

[ORGANIZATION] partnered with The Equity Consortium to further institutionalize equitable practices. [ORGANIZATION] completed the Equity Variables Test written and designed by a community of those most affected (lived experience of over three dozen equity advocates with a combined experience of over 500 years, and representing over a dozen intersectional identities). Via the Test, [ORGANIZATION] embraces all intersections of race, gender identity, physical and neuro-abilities, religion, and beyond. In return, [ORGANIZATION]'s practices were evaluated by an independent community Evaluator, giving [ORGANIZATION] preliminary feedback on progress. Put together, the Equity Variables Test serves as a simplified community feedback loop in relation to our equitable practices.  With access to this network at The Equity Consortium, [ORGANIZATION] becomes part of the work larger than ourselves. That's equity.
