• The entire community-created resolution process in full
• Policy language and ongoing budget required
• Third-party timekeeper for system introduction
• Half an hour meeting - no agenda, no sales
• Certificate, entitling you to introduce the system to any client
• Above and beyond administrative support and helpful oversight

Client Cost: $6-10,000

The client organization pays you directly for your consulting services. We provide free tools to assist in (re)negotiating your contact to include a standard "Scope of Work" to introduce an equitable resolution system.

AMEND POLICY AND BUDGET

Consultant:
Introduces resolution system via policy and budget amendments and prepares for the selection of Responders

The Equity Consortium:

• Standardized metrics

Client Cost: $100/employee

Your client organization pays The Equity Consortium directly or as a line item on your invoice (minimum $1,000, or first ten employees). This USAGE RIGHTS includes support services to the organization AFTER your contract ends.

STANDARDIZED TRAINING

The Equity Consortium:
Provides standardized training for all, ongoing coaching support, and adjudication services so you can focus on new clients.

• Training modules for Responders/all-staff
• 1-1 coaching for Responders
• Community Adjudicator Services

Cost: $2,000/Responder

The client organization pays The Equity Consortium to train Responders, provide ongoing support, and future training. We require one Responder per each 10 employees.
